Chapters of Life

When I a kid I journeyed to Japan by myself. I didn't speak a word of Japanese. I didn't know anyone. My goal: to cultivate my mind and spirit. To understand my self. This was the chapter of self-discovery.
In the summer of 2010, I embarked on a solo journey across America. My goal: to visit every state in US, spreading as much love, kindness, and happiness to others as possible. This was the chapter of implementation. Today, I am in China. Alone, searching for direction. I know what I have to do. I know what I want to do. I just need to find a way to do it. I don't know the name of this chapter yet~ In all my ambitions, I find myself completely alone. I wonder why… I am lucky. I know that I am blessed. And I am so grateful for so many things… It is an interesting life that I am living. I hope that I can fulfill my destiny. -chris 17 July 2013 |
